My first memory with sports is me being 6 years old playing soccer and my general performance mostly was playing with dirt rather than participating in the game.
Today this looks totally different. After completing my bachelors degree in Sports & Fitness Management in the USA I stopped my almost 10 year career as an American Football player and dedicated my time coaching athletes. Nowadays, my day starts and ends with sports – usually I coach a session, write workouts for my clients, or invest into natural thirst for knowledge.
In my seven years of coaching competitive and none competitive athletes I cherish the moments when my athletes achieve more than they thought was possible. The key to success is aligning all aspects of the athlete’s life with their goals in order to maximize growth and fulfillment.
My love for coaching is more than a profession, it is a passion that goes beyond the walls of the gym.
